PHOENIX, operating the Express brand, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Nashville Outlets. You will support the Store Manager in supervising store operations, recruiting, training, and driving sales while delivering a superior in-store experience for customers.

You will coach Sales Associates, assist in hiring, analyze business performance, and execute action plans to optimize results. This full-time role emphasizes teamwork and excellent customer engagement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of relevant retail experience.
• Proficient in using technology (iPad, cash registers).
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to meet availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, inspiring and retaining top talent.
• Maintain a positive store environment and teamwork.
• Coach and train Sales Associates for strong performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to identify high performers and help in their growth.
• Participate in interviewing and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
