PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for our Natick Mall location. You will drive floor and stockroom operations, coach associates, and deliver a superior in-store shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, merchandise flow, and ensuring policies are followed. You’ll lead by example, demonstrate product knowledge, and support omnichannel initiatives to boost sales and service quality.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 1.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in the moment coaching to store associates for effective floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute action plans that optimize results.
• Execute all aspects of daily store operations.
• Ensure appropriate associate coverage to create a great customer experience.
• Oversee and authorize the checkout experience.
• Assist with merchandise flow, shipment, replenishment, omni-channel operations.
• Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members.
• Build an effective schedule with the right associate in the right place.
• Promote and support an environment focused on delivering great in-store customer experiences.
• Resolve customer service issues to a positive outcome.
• Lead and model our customer experience model.
• Display expert knowledge of product, policies, promotions, loyalty programs.
• Provide leadership with product launches, window changes, signage placement, etc.
