Job summary

You will drive sales through exceptional service, oversee events like Balloons and framing, and optimize BOPIS and Same Day Delivery while building a strong, loss‑aware team culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and ensure SOPs and company standards are followed.
• Drive sales and service KPIs through coaching and daily execution.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Manage Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and Custom Framing programs.
• Train and develop team members and uphold Asset Protection practices.
