Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure legal and policy compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions and customer support.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, birthday parties) and events; promote Loyalty Rewards Program and protection plans.
