You will supervise front-end and service operations, ensure SOPs and brand standards are followed, and provide MOD coverage. This role emphasizes coaching, daily execution, and initiative to improve conversion, loyalty enrollment, and omni-channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and service operations to meet KPIs.
• Coach team on selling behaviors and customer experience.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout accuracy and efficiency.
• Support MOD coverage and daily floor leadership.
• Drive omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Promote loyalty rewards and protection plans to customers.
• Oversee Knit & Sew Shop and other in-store programs.
• MaintainAsset Protection practices and loss prevention.
