The Michaels Springfield, VA store is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture and drive strong sales and customer experience metrics. You will oversee front-end and service operations, ensure brand standards and SOPs, and coach the team to deliver excellence daily.

Responsibilities include MOD coverage, omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS and Same Day Delivery), loyalty program enrollment, event programs, and protecting assets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store; drive sales results and customer experience.
• Oversee front-end and service operations; ensure SOP compliance and brand standards.
• Coach and develop team; provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and strong day-to-day execution.
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery; manage Loyalty program enrollment.
• Oversee events and programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, framing) and asset protection.
