You will model excellent customer interactions, supervise operations, and drive loyalty program adoption while maintaining visual merchandising standards and inventory accuracy.

• Leads and supports customer selling in-store and online (ship to store).

• Reads cues and responds to customers to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise to build the basket.
• Represents the brand as a role model by treating customers and coworkers professionally.
• Executes Manager on Duty responsibilities such as opening/closing procedures and team supervision.
• Assists in merchandising presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
