Responsibilities

• Lead, supports and values customer selling in-store and online experiences.
• Greet, re-engage, educate, add on and thank each customer.
• Understand your role in sales growth and store profitability.
• Maintain organized stockroom and execute merchandise presentation directives.
• Lead by example and supervise team, following company policies.
• Perform MOD responsibilities such as opening/closing and team supervision.
