Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience.
• Energetic, people and results oriented; driven to succeed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to handle store funds safely.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in-store and online experiences.
• Promotes a customer-obsessed culture and uses greeting, re-engagement, education, adding on and thanking.
• Contributes to understanding sales growth and store profitability.
• Reads customer cues to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise assortment.
• Represents the brand professionally and supports company policies and procedures.
• Performs Manager on Duty responsibilities including opening/closing and supervising the team.
• Assists with freight processing, stockroom organization, and inventory accuracy.
