PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Foley Express store. The role drives floor and stockroom operations, coaches associates, and delivers an exceptional in-store shopping experience for customers.

The position requires prior retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Availability includes nights and weekends; physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and register systems.
• Must be available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations on the sales floor and stockroom.
• Coach and train associates; foster great customer experiences.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback on performance.
• Develop schedules and ensure adequate associate coverage.
• Oversee checkout, merchandise flow and omni-channel tasks.
• Lead product launches and uphold visual standards.
