Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 1
• Proficient in iPad and register technology.
• Availability includes nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales.
• Provide on the job coaching for floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to evaluate associate performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Manage daily store operations and scheduling to ensure coverage.
• Oversee checkout and merchandise flow including omni-channel tasks.
