PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join the Express team in Ocean County. You will drive store operations, coach associates, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences for customers.

Responsibilities include maximizing sales, training staff on policies, managing schedules, and ensuring proper merchandise flow and checkout accuracy. This role requires strong communication and a readiness to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales.
• Coach associates on floor operations and customer service.
• Collaborate with Store Management on performance feedback.
• Train associates on store operations, product, policies and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and schedule management.
• Oversee checkout, merchandise flow and omni-channel tasks.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences.
