PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating the Express and Bonobos brands, is seeking a Retail Sales Leader at the Connecticut Post store. You will drive store floor and stockroom operations while coaching associates to deliver an outstanding in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers)
• Meets availability criteria including nights, weekends and non-business hours
• Meets physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Drive floor and stockroom operations and coach associates.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching for store operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to give feedback on associate performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and ensure proper associate coverage.
• Oversee checkout and merchandise flow, including omni-channel duties.
• Resolve customer issues to a positive outcome.
