Job summary

Express is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to join our team at the Poconos Premium location. You will drive on‑floor and stockroom operations while training associates and delivering an outstanding in‑store experience for customers.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules and daily store activities. Competitive benefits and a dynamic team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Able to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Able to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to ensure efficient floor operations and great customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to give feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and ensure proper coverage.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow, including shipments and replenishment.
• Monitor customer service quality and schedule the right associates.
