Job summary

Express is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for Patriot Place to drive store operations, supervise the floor and stockroom, and train associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in the moment coaching/training to store associates for floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and ensure appropriate associate coverage for a great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow including shipments and replenishment.
