The role involves managing stockroom tasks, merchandise flow, and daily store execution with emphasis on service and sales performance. You will lead by example, train team members on policies, promotions, and product launches, and partner with management to optimize schedules and coverage.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and cash registers.
