Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide on-the-floor coaching to ensure excellent customer service and store operations.
• Partner with Store Management to give feedback on associate performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and ensure proper associate coverage for a great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow, including omni-channel operations.
• Monitor customer service delivered by team members and adjust as needed.
• Develop schedules with appropriate staffing for peak times.
• Lead and model our customer experience standards and product knowledge.
