PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for the Deerbrook Express location. The role drives floor and stockroom operations, coaching associates, and delivering a top-tier in-store shopping experience for customers.

Success requires strong customer service, leadership, and product knowledge, with capability to train staff and manage daily store operations. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in the moment coaching to store associates for floor operations and customer service.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow including shipments and replenishment.
• Build effective schedules to ensure proper associate coverage.
• Lead and model the store's customer experience standards and product knowledge.
