This role emphasizes ethics, integrity, and professionalism while meeting revenue targets and supporting the Joybird product line through tailored styling and effective scheduling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of industry experience with retail management emphasis, or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong financial understanding and budgeting ability.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing a retail team to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or surpass store and individual sales goals, annual operating benchmarks, and personal objectives.
• Champion and role model the selling process on the sales floor and evaluate team performance.
• Ensure staff deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer loyalty.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve targets while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Ensure branded customer experience and proper store presentation aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop expertise in the Joybird product catalog to provide personalized styling guidance.
• Assist Store Leader with scheduling and payroll to meet business needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and other issues to keep sales operations efficient.
• Support planning and executing sales promotions and events.
• Uphold brand visual standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Open and close the store per company procedures.
• Ensure cash handling and adherence to cash management policies.
