Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years in retail sales emphasis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store and individual sales goals and annual targets.
• Promote In-home design program to customers.
• Coach and train sales staff to improve techniques and performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Recruit, train and mentor staff to meet sales targets.
• Maintain brand image and customer experience standards.
• Support store promotions and ensure alignment with marketing.
