The candidate will manage up to 15 direct reports, oversee budgeting, and ensure profitability while delivering top-tier customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong sales leadership and people management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and financial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques and performance.
• Lead and supervise the entire employee life cycle including recruiting, training, development, and succession planning.
• Sustain store profitability by managing financial metrics and margins; uphold customer experience standards.
• Model and teach product knowledge; align merchandising, pricing, and product flow to standards.
• Plan and execute sales promotions and events to drive revenue and market impact.
