Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a dynamic store leader to drive personal and store sales, lead a team, and manage store operations. You will implement strategies to achieve revenue goals while upholding ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

The role oversees up to 15 direct reports, emphasizes brand advocacy, and requires delivering an exceptional customer experience through strong leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in a business unit with a sales retail emphasis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable with financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques and performance.
• Lead and supervise the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, training, development and succession planning.
• Enhance employee engagement and nurture a positive workplace culture and build effective teams.
• Achieve or surpass store and annual operating benchmarks.
• Model the highest standards for surpassing customer expectations and teach established sales/design processes.
• Sustain store profitability by managing P&L, financial metrics and margins.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a first-class customer experience.
