Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated seeks a sales leader to drive store revenue and coach a high-performing team. You will execute sales initiatives, oversee performance, and reinforce our people-first ethos while delivering exceptional products and experiences.

You will coach staff to hit targets, promote the in-home design program, and ensure brand standards across the store. This role requires a focus on ethics and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED Equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a retail sales emphasis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, financial understanding, interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or surpass store and individual sales goals and operating benchmarks.
• Promote and lead the in-home design program.
• Coach, train, and support sales teams to improve techniques and performance.
• Ensure staff delivers exceptional customer service and builds loyalty.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to meet sales targets and foster a positive environment.
• Uphold brand image, layout, presentation, and customer experience standards.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations for promotions and events.
