Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by leading LOD shifts, ensuring a stellar guest experience, and driving strong sales results. You will train, motivate and celebrate associates and you have a passion for driving killer sales results.

You will train, motivate, and celebrate associates, manage daily store operations as needed, uphold brand standards, and represent our REAL self while delivering exceptional service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Passion for driving sales and guest experience as a Leader on Duty.
• Strong people leadership and accountability to service standards.
• Talent identification and ongoing associate training and development.
• Teamwide collaboration and coaching to achieve KPI targets.
• Visual and operational execution including shipments and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Inspire and motivate the team through AEO's core values and service standards.
• Recruit, hire and develop strong talent to meet business needs.
• Set clear goals and provide real-time coaching to sales and stock associates.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures and ensure guest-ready fitting rooms.
• Maintain store safety and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
