Responsibilities

• You drive sales as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to maximize productivity and guest loyalty.
• You manage daily store operations and uphold safety and asset protection standards.
• You train, motivate and celebrate associates to deliver outstanding service and meet standards.
• You recruit, hire and develop strong talent to ensure proper staffing for business needs.
• You execute daily visual and operational standards, including merchandising moves and shipment processing.
• You provide ongoing feedback and coaching to drive performance and engagement.
