American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team in Knoxville, TN. You’ll lead Leader on Duty shifts, ensure guest experiences, and drive strong sales while representing the AEO values.

You’ll train and motivate associates, manage daily store operations, and celebrate success with the team, prioritizing guest-first service and KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• You drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• You lead and motivate the team through AEO's core values, modeling service standards on the floor and in the fitting room.
• You recruit and hire strong talent and train associates to provide outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
• You set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing real-time coaching.
• You execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards.
• You ensure store safety and asset protection standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.
