Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equival ent
• 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Proficient with technology (iPad, registers)
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours
• Meets physical requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential
• Provide in the moment coaching/training to store associates for floor operations, customer service, coverage, stockroom and standards
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures
• Execute action plans that optimize results
• Execute all aspects of daily store operations
• Ensure appropriate associate coverage to create a great customer experience
• Oversee and authorize the checkout experience
• Assist with merchandise flow including shipment, replenishment, omni-channel operations
• Monitor and analyze customer service by team members
• Create effective schedules with the right staff in the right place
• Promote an environment focused on delivering great in-store experiences
• Resolve customer service issues to a positive outcome
• Lead and model our customer experience
• Display expert knowledge of product, policies, promotions, loyalty programs
• Assist with product launches, window changes, signage and presentation standards
• Other essential functions as directed by supervisor
