Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC (Express & Bonobos) is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for our Albertville store. This role focuses on driving store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom, while training associates to deliver top-notch customer experiences.

The Sales Leader will coach associates in real-time, ensure policy and procedure execution, and support product launches, visual standards, and omni-channel activities. A strong background in retail and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency with iPad and POS/register systems.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to associates to optimize customer service and operations.
• Lead by example to deliver great in-store experiences.
• Assist with merchandise flow, shipments, replenishment and omni-channel operations.
• Develop schedules to ensure proper coverage.
