PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operating Express and Bonobos, is hiring a Retail Sales Leader for Northpark. The role drives floor and stockroom operations, trains associates, and delivers excellent in-store experiences while hitting sales and service standards.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth within the Express/Bonobos brands.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and POS registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Physical requirements as per store policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching for floor operations and customer service.
• Collaborate with Store Management on associate performance feedback.
• Train associates on store operations, product, policy and procedures.
• Execute daily store operations and action plans to optimize results.
• Ensure appropriate associate coverage for a great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow in-store.
• Monitor customer service quality and team performance.
• Create effective staffing schedules and assign tasks.
• Lead with the customer experience model and product knowledge.
