Michaels Stores is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture in the Webster store, driving sales and delivering an engaging customer experience.

You will coach teams on best-in-class customer service, oversee front-end and service operations, and ensure execution of brand standards and SOPs. The role requires leadership across departments and a focus on omni-channel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Lead front-end and service operations with strong selling culture.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and drive KPI achievement.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment (BOPIS/SDD).
• Train, coach and develop team across assigned departments.
• Partner in Asset Protection to reduce shrink.
