• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service continuity.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems to support transactions.
• Drive omni-channel initiatives like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote and enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
