Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide solution-oriented, friendly service and lead the store team.
• Demonstrate high level of service, engage customers, and set team expectations.
• Manage floor coverage to maximize customer engagement and Duluth experience.
• Record accurate customer profile information and protect data integrity.
• Respond to customer concerns with positive resolutions and empowerment to decide.
• Maintain merchandise presentation per Visual Merchandising standards and ensure floor readiness.
• Set up sales and promotions with clear signing and communication.
• Oversee merchandise receipts/transfers, including tagging, steaming, and merchandising.
• Maintain cleanliness standards for sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality area.
• Provide regular feedback to employees and model company guidelines.
