Kirkland's Brookfield is seeking a Sales Leader who is customer-obsessed with strong product knowledge and visual presentation skills. You will implement store business plans and collaborate with the Store Manager and team to ensure operational processes run smoothly and to maximize sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Retail or service industry management experience preferred.
• Strong communications and customer selling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads customer selling in-store and online (ship to store).
• Guides a customer-obsessed culture focused on greeting, re-engaging, educating, adding, and thanking each customer.
• Contributes to understanding sales growth and store profitability.
• Reads cues to create exceptional in-store experiences.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs and promotions.
• Models brand ambassador behavior and team discipline.
• Executes MOD duties including opening/closing and supervision.
• Assists in freight processing, stockroom organization, and inventory accuracy.
