The role requires building rapport with customers and teammates, modeling professional behavior, and executing open/close procedures, stockroom organization, and merchandising directives to ensure an exceptional shopping

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and customer-selling skills.
• Experience leading a retail or service team is preferred.
