Job summary

The Brand House Collective is seeking a Sales Leader for our Rehoboth Beach location. This role is customer-obsessed, requiring strong product knowledge and presentation skills to drive sales and model best practices for the team.

You will lead both in-store and online selling, greet and educate customers, and ensure inventory accuracy and compelling merchandising while upholding brand values and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year management experience in retail or service.
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience required.
• Energetic, people and results oriented with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to work in weekends, holidays and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in both in store and online shopping.
• Promotes a customer-obsessed culture focused on greeting, re-engaging, educating, adding on and thanking customers.
• Aligns with store profitability and understands role in sales growth.
• Reads customer cues to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise.
• Acts as brand ambassador and upholds company policies and professional conduct.
• Executes MOD responsibilities including opening/closing and supervision.
• Assists in freight processing, stockroom organization and merchandise presentation.
