You will lead in-store and online selling, greet and engage customers, educate on loyalty programs and promotions, and uphold brand standards while maintaining merchandise presentation and stockroom organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year management experience in a retail or service industry preferred.
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience required.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in the in-store and online (ship to store) experience.
• Leads and supports a customer-obsessed culture prioritizing selling behaviors.
• Understanding your role in sales growth and store profitability.
• Read cues and respond to customers to create an exceptional in-store experience.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise to build baskets.
• Act as a brand ambassador and maintain professional interactions with customers and coworkers.
• Leads by example and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Executes Manager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities (opening/closing, supervision, etc.).
• Assists in freight processing, stockroom organization, presentation directives, pricing and inventory accuracy.
