The Brand House Collective in Tampa, FL is seeking a Sales Leader who guides the in-store and online customer journey with strong product knowledge and presentation skills. You will lead by example, drive sales growth, and ensure exemplary customer service while collaborating with the Store Manager and team.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can train staff, manage daily operations, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Strong communications skills and customer selling experience required.
• Energetic, people and results oriented with drive to succeed.

Responsabilités

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in store and online shopping experiences.
• Builds a customer-obsessed culture prioritizing greeting, re-engaging, educating, adding on and thanking customers.
• Supports store profitability by understanding sales growth and role in it.
• Reads cues to respond to customers to create exceptional in-store experiences.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions, and merchandise to build baskets.
• Acts as a brand ambassador and upholds company policies and procedures.
• Performs Manager on Duty responsibilities including opening/closing and team supervision.
• Assists in freight processing, stockroom organization, and inventory accuracy.

• Performs other duties as needed.
