Job summary

The Brand House Collective in Miami seeks a Sales Leader who is customer-obsessed with strong product knowledge and visual presentation skills. You will implement store business plans and collaborate with the Store Manager to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

You will model excellent customer interactions, lead by example, and ensure the team delivers compelling selling experiences both in-store and online. Weekend and evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year management experience in retail or service.
• Strong communication and customer selling skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must have a valid driver license.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds.

• Leads, supports and values customer selling in store and online experiences.
• Fosters a customer-obsessed culture focused on greeting, re-engaging, educating, adding on and thanking customers.
• Understands your role in sales growth and store profitability.
• Reads cues to create an exceptional in-store experience for customers.
• Educates customers on loyalty programs, promotions and merchandise.
• Represents the brand and upholds company policies and procedures.
• Executes MOD responsibilities including opening/closing and team supervision.
• Assists in freight processing, stocking, and inventory accuracy.
• Champions Kirkland’s Home Values and stores brand standards.
