Job summary

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations and customer support.
• Oversee in-store programs and events such as Balloons, Birthday parties, and Knit & Sew Shop services.
• Drive omni-channel fulfillment including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through structured onboarding.
• Partner in Asset Protection to reduce shrink while maintaining safe operations.
