Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Coach customers experience and selling behaviors to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions and customer support.
• Drive omni-channel service goals, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
• Support MCC/Extend services and protection plans adoption.
• Coach and develop team members through structured onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner to maintain Asset Protection practices and reduce shrink.
