Responsibilities

• Lead and coach selling behaviors to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs, policies, and brand standards are followed.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee front-end operations, POS, and Self-Checkout.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Manage Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar experiences.
• Enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards Program.
• Protect assets and reduce shrink.
