• Provide Manager‑on‑Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self‑Checkout systems.
• Support various store programs and events, including Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services.
• Drive omni‑channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
