Job summary

The Michaels Stores Medford, NY location seeks a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales and customer satisfaction, and oversee front-end and service operations. You will coach teams, ensure SOP compliance, and manage day-to-day execution to meet KPI targets.

Responsibilities include MOD coverage, POS utilization, loyalty enrollment, and oversight of in-store programs such as balloons, framing, and the Knit & Sew Shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
• Strong customer-focused coaching skills.
