You will oversee programs, POS systems, and in-store events, while promoting loyalty initiatives and protection plans to boost retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.
• Experience with POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Ability to maintain store conditions and drive KPIs.
• Customer-focused coaching and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee balloons, birthday party operations, and in-store programs.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program and protection plan adoption.
• Drive sales and omni-channel services (BOPIS and Same Day Delivery).
• Train and develop team through onboarding and coaching.
