In this role you will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, optimize POS and Self-Checkout usage, and manage in-store programs such as Balloons, Knit & Sew, and Custom Framing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead front-end and service operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage for floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee events and in-store programs (e.g., Balloons, Knit & Sew).
• Drive omni-channel service, including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
