Duluth Trading Company is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Lead to uphold WOW! customer service standards and lead the store team. This position drives engagement, ensures a welcoming Duluth experience, and supports sales goals.

You will develop product knowledge, manage floor coverage, train staff, and ensure accurate cash-handling and reporting. The role emphasizes merchandising, safety, and collaboration across the store team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to deliver solution-oriented, friendly service to customers.
• Lead the store team to provide WOW! customer service and engage customers on the sales floor.
• Manage floor coverage to ensure a strong Duluth experience and set expectations for staff.
• Record customer profile information accurately.
• Handle cash-related duties and register operations following company guidelines.
• Maintain merchandising presentation and floor-set standards; ensure sales floor is customer ready.
• Set up and communicate sales and promotions with correct signage.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, and housekeeping of stock, including visual merchandising.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
