Duluth Trading Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to drive WOW! customer service, lead the floor team, and ensure a premier Duluth shopping experience. You will manage coverage, promote current promotions, and maintain visuals and cleanliness on the sales floor.

The role is a full-time hourly supervisory position requiring strong communication, integrity, and teamwork. Prior retail exposure is welcome, with sponsorship not offered for employment in the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Customer-centric mindset and strong communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented service to customers.
• Lead the store team to deliver WOW! service and set expectations for the team.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and drive the Duluth experience.
• Record customer profile information accurately and respond proactively to concerns.
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards and current floor-set messaging.
• Set up sales and promotions with clear signing and communication.
• Assist with cash handling and register procedures.
