Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create remarkable experiences for customers across our stores in the U.S. and Canada.

You will lead floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager isn’t present, while sharing Warby Parker’s story and values. You’ll combine strong product knowledge with entrepreneurial spirit, quick thinking under pressure, and a collaborative approach to drive store performance and an inclusive, service-minded

Qualifications

• In-store retail experience at a customer-focused company and at least 6 months in a management role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for top-notch customer service.
• Calm under pressure with the ability to adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Team player with a passion for helping customers and teammates.
