Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Associates.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize with independence.
• Maintain high quality of customer service and store operations.
• Fluency in English; ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• General operation leadership in absence of Store Manager.
• Analyze store reports to assess controllable expenses and performance.
• Ensure scheduling and compliance with policies and safety.
• Lead payroll administration and Associate scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop non-exempt Associates.
• Maintain visual and merchandise presentation per guidelines.
• Lead loss prevention awareness and annual inventory process.
• Provide courteous, professional customer service at all touchpoints.
