Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow through to completion.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations commonly used in retail environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead store operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Assist in payroll administration including scheduling and time punch edits.
• Recruit, train and develop non-exempt Associates.
• Maintain compliance with safety and company policies.
• Supervise customer service programs and merchandising at the sales floor and registers.
